Distilled on 16th May 2008, this whisky has spent a final maturation of over 3 years in French Cognac casks before being bottled in 2021 at 46%
Nose: Fresh orchard fruit and floral lavender and Scottish heather
Palate: Hints of cranberry, orange zest and rose water with well-balanced spice
Finish: A long finish with notes of Earl Grey tea and poached pears
