This is the most competent service I have had in a long time. I even got a super quick answer to my question about customs fees even on a Saturday. I was immediately reassured and everything turned out to be a misunderstanding. However, if there are any customs fees, they will cover them in full. I was in contact with Samantha and Ellie and they were really nice and helped me quickly.

I had an issue with my order....but this was soon resolved by Ellie & Natasha! Due to their great customer service....I received my outfit in no time! It's definitely worth a 5 star!

Returned an item on april 6th and still didn't receive a refund. They keep telling me it's still on it's way to their warehouse and I have to be patient. In this day and age why is it taking over a month to receive a package and process a refund? They need to find a different courier to work with because this is rubbish.

This is not my first time ordering from MDV, love their stuff whole heartedly. Ordered a pair of sunglasses but unfortunately the items case came empty, with no sunglasses inside of its case.

This is probably a mistake made on their packaging or manufacturing side but unfortunately I don’t see a solution as they are unable to tell what was inside at the time my item was sent, so they will assume it was sent and that I am lying.

Crazy that I have paid £125 for a pair of sunglasses, to only receive a case and wipes and no sunglasses at all, not sure what’s gone wrong but I’m shocked at the situation and how it’s gone.

Horrendous.

I bought a trouser which does not fits to me and it sometimes happened for sure. But I was really surprised by the high quality of the tissue and the finishes, the product was very good. I sent back the trouser and I spoke with Emma and Georgie from the customer service, they were really professionnal and kind. They helped me and they were really reagent to manage the process. Maniere De Voir has excellent customer service. I recently ordered a pair of jeans and soon realized that I ordered the wrong size. Even though I contacted them about the order well after working hours I still got an immediate response and Emma helped me. I recently received the order and I couldn't be happier with the quality.

Customer support is very fast in Maniere De Voir. I had an issue with my delivery status and received very detailed (with links to my parcel status) and very quickly answer. Thank you Ellie for this help, attention to the details makes customers happy in this case I really was happy with provided additional information, even I was not asking for it.

Horrible customer service. They reply very generic without any critical thinking. I believe they don’t read the message properly in the first place.
Took me weeks to chase a refund for the package they received a month earlier. They kept referring to a completely different package even though I clearly stated order number, tracking number etc. Took 7 messages back and forth to receive a logical reply instead of the “copy-paste” general return conditions.
Another issue - I purchased a matching set. I wore and washed the whole set together, according to label instructions. The top started threading off the stitches and faded colour completely to the point it wasn’t matching the pants anymore.
I contacted customer service but again, they were refusing to support in any way.
I won’t be ordering again.

I am such a huge fan of this brand. Here is why:
1. Exceptional statement style. -I am literally in love with all of my MDV clothes and always receive compliments everytime I wear something. I am very often in head to toe MDV ( outfit + coat + bag) and yet can mix and match with my existing items.
2. Outstanding quality- never had an issue with anything. It is so well made and no detail is overlooked.
3. Excellent customer service. It is a bit of a process to return due to having to get the label but once that is done, easy peasy. I’ve had to return a few things because of fit. It was an easy process. However you do need to make up your mind quickly -
4. I love Reese Wabarra’s story and his intense focus on excellence. So good to see his success. I don’t know him but loved the brand so much I had to learn more about the owners. To my surprise and delight, the owner is an incredible young Black man with a passion for excellence and discipline.

Go MDV- fan for life!

I contacted Manière De Voir in relation to a stock query, and received a helpful response from Ellie within 15 minutes. I usually receive responses from other retailers within 2 - 5 days. Therefore, MDV's prompt and helpful response is greatly appreciated. Looking forward to shopping from this retailer soon.

I have bought a couple pieces from this clothing line and they are easily my favorite things in my closet right now. I recently purchased a jacket and I accidentally ordered two of them and sent an email slightly distressed about my accidental double purchase and Emma that works for this company helped me immediately.
