Bought the compression boots and received them in early Dec 2023 and had them just over a month and one of batteries stopped charging. So now I can’t use the boots

While the batteries worked the boots worked great, you get about a hour of use out of each charge. I use the boots about 2-3 times a week, so after about 20 uses one battery won’t charge at all so the boots don’t work. Very poor quality of batteries to last only a month. I tried different usb-c cables to see if it was the cable but different trouble shooting proved it was a battery issue.

I have reached out to Black roll twice with no response.

Wouldn’t recommend buying
Very expensive for short term use

recovery pillow too small to be useful for anything, overpriced, thickness not revealed in size description. no support at all unless your shoulder to neck measurement is the width of a book. Sorry its a fail!

I love the new, resistance band. I can adjust the tension to whatever I choose with all the different hand holds. I also feel more confident that the band won’t break. My previous resistance band snapped in the middle of an exercise and hit my knuckle, giving me an impressive bruise. Thank goodness it wasn’t something more serious. My husband purchased the posture brace. So far it is doing him good. So glad to have discovered Blackroll.

Good pricing and arrived on time. More comfortable to wear than another brand my wife ordered independently, can be little bulky where the adjustable velcro part is which shows slightly when worn under just a business shirt. It is effective to focus on holding better posture.

I am a huge fan Blackroll and have been using the Rollers / Duoball for a couple of years now during sessions with clients and myself. I have now bought the recovery pillow and it is absolutely fantastic - with every other pillow I tried I always ended up having neck pain. Completely gone now! Highly recommended.

This product was purchased for my adult son, who's not felt the need to use it yet. He is really hoping it will ease muscular and upper spinal "tightness" when he does need it. Basic plain rollers do not give the stimulation he wants.

This is the second pillow ive bought and probably more to come! Having chosen it form the Scenic Eclipse onboard Pillow Menu! whilst on holidays, I bought one on my return - my kids love them so much i've now had to start buying them for the rest of the family! so good and easy to take on holiday too - rolls up small!

Fast and prompt postage and processing of the order as per usual, although unfortunately, I sent an email to BLACKROLL prior to purchasing, with my sizing details to try and work out what size ( BLACKROLL® POSTURE 2.0 - Posture Brace) would fit me. I didn't receive a response and decided to purchase the size that the website detailed would be my size, unfortunately it was too small.

Blackroll pillows are amazing! The best camping and travel pillow. I've been looking for something that compacts like this but is still really comfy when used. Has fixed my neck stiffness and improved my sleep too.

Easy order process, fast delivery and a great product. I've had a boxers injury for the past 25 years which I recently injured again, specialist recommended 'Blackroll' and honestly in a couple of weeks it has changed everything for the better, have pretty much full movement of finger/knuckle for the first time In years, awesome!

Can’t recommend this travel pillow enough. Have used it twice now and have had none of the usual neck pain with hotel pillows or endless nights of broken sleep as you try and find a pillow and position you can live with. Feels just like my pillow at home. Love this, best purchase this year!

All items are extremely light. The size of the ball is perfect for getting into gluts, which can be tricky with a ball that is too small. The peanut is a useful shape for using on the neck, upper back and calves. Overall great product. Has just thought the roller would have been a bit thicker which would have made it more versatile.

The resistance band and roller are amazingly good quality and have helped my recovery big time. The roller I ordered was out of stock originally but they contacted me and assured me they would send it as soon as it'd come back in stock...which they did.

Great service, fast delivery and appear to accept return of one of the products that I do not need. The long resistance bands are of a wonderful fabric, no more plastic smells or irritated skin.

I used the online chat, I was after some pillowcases that were listed as sold out every time I looked, they were changing over to something slightly different. The person I was chatting with made some available and sent me a link to access them and answered all my questions in relation to the recovery blankets I couldn’t have received better service.
