Replacements
If you have purchased something from any of our product lines with a missing part, card, or miscast pieces, please use the Replacement Parts Portal. Please include the following information to help us expedite your service.
- A Detailed Description of what was missing or miscast and where you made the purchase. (You can include a photo as an aid if possible, or use the picture on the back of the box for reference)
- The Packing Number (if any) included on a small slip of paper in the product container.
Store Purchase Problems

- A Detailed Description of any error message you are getting for the website, if any, or problem with your order
- The Order Number
- Your Name, Email address used in the order, and complete mailing Address
