The fuse was lit on this sauce about 5 years ago, when we set ourselves the goal of creating a medium heat sauce with bags of flavour that we could splash all over everything. We grow so many amazing chillies in the medium heat range which we sell during the fresh season, chillies with fantastic flavour dimensions, and we wanted to capture some of that in a bottle, to be enjoyed year round. We decided on the Cherry Bomb chilli for our super versatile sauce because it is the complete package – the Cherry Bomb chilli gets its name from its shape and colour as it hangs like little red bombs from the bush, but we thought it was perfect for the bottle of sauce too – a colourful explosion of fruity flavour with a tingle of heat!

Ingredients
Fresh Cherry Bomb chillies from our farm (60%), spirit vinegar, a pinch of salt.
Storage
Refrigerate once opened and use within 6 weeks.

The best chilli sauce we’ve ever had. The perfect combination of spice and flavour, we put it on everything. The only thing that could make this better is getting it in bigger bottles!
The best review I can give this sauce is that I only bought it a couple of weeks ago and already need a new bottle! Delicious sweet sauce, similar taste and heat level to roquito peppers. An instant favourite and will make sure to order a couple of bottles next time (or please make a bigger bottle)
My grandparents used to cultivate cherry bomb chilli peppers and crafted a homemade sauce from them. This chilli sauce brings back those flavours perfectly! I just wish you offered it in 0.5L or 1L bottles.
We use this with so many meals to enhance them. Such a good chilli taste and just strong enough not to overpower the other food.
